Fire destroys home in Beaver Meadows
A fast moving fire Sunday morning destroyed a home in Beaver Meadows. The fire was report just after 7 a.m. as a working dwelling fire at 23 Third St. One fire officer reported seeing the column of smoke while responding over a mile away. When fire fighters arrived on scene they found heavy flames pouring from the front of the one story ranch style home. State troopers are on scene. It appeared the young family escaped the flames.
