Fire destroys home in Polk Township

A home was destroyed by fire Wednesday morning in Monroe County. The blaze broke out at 2:45 a.m. at 4862 Queens Way, Robin Hood Lakes, Polk Township. When firefighters arrived on scene the single family wood frame dwelling was fully involved in flames. A state police fire marshal is investigating the incident.
