Fire leaves two families homeless in McAdoo
Two large families are homeless today after a fire tore through their double block dwellings Monday afternoon in McAdoo.
The blaze was first reported at 1:30 p.m. with neighbors spotting heavy smoke pouring from the units on North Manning street. All of the residents managed to escape the flames. Fire companies from numerous surrounding communities responded to the scene.
