Flu shots available at Tamaqua festival
Calvary Episcopal Church, 300 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, will host a flu and pneumonia shot clinic Oct. 14 as part of the Tamaqua Heritage Festival. Shots will be available from 12:30 to 3 p.m. in the Tamaqua Area Adult Day Care Center, which is located in the church basement.
Fees are $30 for the flu shot and $45 for the pneumonia vaccine, which are covered by Medicare and most insurances.
