Free naloxone kits to be distributed

The Pennsylvania Department of Health will distribute free naloxone at the Carbon County Office of the Department of Health.

Distributions will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 25.

The office is located at 281 N. 12th St. (downstairs), Lehighton.

Wouldn't a bullet to the head of the local drug dealer be cheaper and more effective? Proactive verses reactive? If it truly is a war on drugs, why don't we take the war to the root of the problem? After all, securing our boarder is so immoral.
Taking out the street dealer... yeah, we could just call it an abortion. That would make it just fine. It would be an act of choice... you know, the dealer has a choice. Live or die by your choice.
