Free seminar on cognitive illness
The Lutheran Home at Topton will host a free public seminar on cognitive illnesses, how they are diagnosed and treatment options at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the auditorium of the senior living campus.
Speaker Wendy Scott, from the Fleming Memory Center, is an elder life educator, certified Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care trainer and certified dementia practitioner. The event will include light food and beverages.
