Fuel spill closes road in Lehighton

Emergency personnel are on scene of a fuel spill on North First Street in Lehighton.

According to reports, a PennDOT truck ruptured a fuel tank as it was traveling south, sending fuel along the roadway and into a nearby storm culvert.

Fire police are detouring traffic.
