Guilty plea accepted in DUI case
Schuylkill County Judge John E. Domalakes has accepted a guilty plea from a McAdoo man charged by local police.
Nicholas J. Yatsula, 36, was charged by borough police with driving under the influence on Sept. 6, 2014.
Domalakes sentenced Yatsula to five days to six months in jail, pay $325 in fines, and perform 20 hours of community service.
He was also ordered to install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year after he gets back his driver’s license.
