Ham dinner on Saturday in Slatington

A ham dinner will be offered at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Vigilant Fire Company in Slatington.

The dinner will consist of ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, string beans, dinner roll and coffee or tea.

The cost is $9 per platter, with takeouts available. Soda, water and desserts cost $1 extra each.

There is plenty of seating available.

The event benefits the Walnut Street Playground.
