Hauto Fire Company receives grant from AMETEK
The Hauto Volunteer Fire Company was the recent recipient of a $6,900 grant from the Ametek Corporation of Nesquehoning. The donation will be used to purchase personal protection equipment for those firefighters who enter burning structures and whose equipment is outdated. The Ametek Foundation has been assisting community organizations since 1960 and was founded to support a wide range of programs that support education, safety, civic and social needs in communities which Ametek operates.
