Head-on crash in Summit Hill
One person was injured Friday afternoon in a crash along Route 902 in Summit Hill. The crash occurred just before 4 p.m. about a half mile south of the Mountain Road intersection. A female driver traveling south hydroplaned on a wet roadway, crossing the center line striking a northbound pickup head-on. The Diligent Fire company of Summit Hill responded with its fire police maintaining traffic control at the scene shutting down the roadway for several hours.
