Heart education program offered
A heart education program is being offered at 11 a.m. on Saturday in St. Mary’s Orthodox Church Hall, 217 First St., Coaldale.
Learn how to take and understand blood pressure, understand and perform CPR, understand and use an AED and perform the Heimlich maneuver.
With this knowledge, you may save your own life or the life of a loved one.
