Heavy rain, possibly freezing rain, in forecast

Monday Night: Rain likely before 7 p.m., then a chance of showers after 7 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 35. East wind 5 to 8 mph becoming south after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
