HOA seminar in Monroe County
Rep. Rosemary M. Brown, R-Monroe/Pike, and the local Homeowner Association Task Force are hosting an HOA Board Member Seminar from 2 to 5 p.m. May 6, at the Country Club of the Poconos, in the Whispering Pines Banquet Hall, located at 1445 Big Ridge Drive in East Stroudsburg.
The program will include information on the following topics: enforcing association rules and the appeals process, reserve studies and why they may be needed, and self-management versus using a management company.
