Injuries reported in Lehigh Twp. crash

Several people were injured Saturday afternoon in a crash along Walnut Drive in Lehigh Township.

The crash occurred at the intersection with Canella Drive when a woman was traveling south on Walnut Drive and lost control while rounding a curve in the roadway.

Her car spun out traveling backwards into  a north bound sport utility vehicle operated by a female. Two small children were in the back of the car. The roadway was closed for several hours.

Lehigh township police are investigating the incident.
