Interstate 80 has reopened after an incident Tuesday afternoon.

Three Pennsylvania Department of Transportation workers were struck while working along Interstate 80 in Monroe County on Tuesday afternoon, according to PennDOT officials.

The crash happened between the North Scranton and Blakeslee exits, while crews were patching potholes.

One is being flown to a hospital and Interstate 80 West was shut down near the I-380 split. Two others were driven to a medical facility.
