Jim Thorpe High School orientation

Jim Thorpe Area High School will hold an orientation at 10:30 a.m. until noon on Aug. 24 in the high school commons for students who are new to the district in ninth grade through 12th grade.

Students’ parents or guardians are also invited to attend.

At this orientation, students and parents or guardians will have the opportunity to meet students who currently attend the high school, have any questions answered, and participate in a tour of the school.

An orientation for students entering ninth grade who are currently in the district will begin at 1 p.m. and will last approximately an hour and a half.
