Nativity display

St. John’s Lutheran Church, South Avenue, will host its 10th annual nativity display on Saturday and Sunday. The hours of visitation are noon to 5 p.m. on both days. Last year, approximately 600 articles were on display. Members of the congregation and friends wishing to display their Nativity scenes are to meet at the church on Thursday and Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. The display is free to the public.

Toys for Tots

There are still a few more days to register your children for the annual Toys for Tots program. The dates are this Friday and Saturday and Dec. 8 and 9, at the Salem Bible Fellowship Church, 1105 Frederick’s Grove Road, Lehighton.

This is the only location for registration and no phone calls will be accepted. Hours to register are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The age limit is 14 years, and handicapped children, 16 years of age.
