Jim Thorpe police issue warrant for Monroe man

A warrant has been issued for a Monroe County man wanted for possession of drug paraphernalia and other charges.

Jim Thorpe Police said that they have an active criminal arrest warrant for Jerry L. Smith, who is last known to live in East Stroudsburg.

Smith has been charged for an incident that occurred on Aug. 25 on the 1300 block of North Street.

Smith has been charged with obstructing administration of law or other governmental function, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, as well as other various traffic violations.
