JTNB Bancorp declares dividend
The Board of Directors of the JTNB Bancorp Inc. declared a dividend for the second half of 2019 in the amount of 37 cents per share as well as a special dividend of 5 cents per share.
Both dividends were issued for shareholders as of record on Dec. 16, 2019 and payable Jan. 2.
Total dividends for 2019 were 54 cents per share, which represents a 14.89% increase over prior year and reflects an approximate 3.36% yield on investments.
JTNB Bancorp Inc. is the parent company of the Jim Thorpe Neighborhood Bank, a state bank that offers convenient and personalized service to the individual and commercial residents of our community since 1855, which distinguishes JTNB as the oldest bank in Carbon County.
