King’s College presents awards

Local residents receive academic award and degree at King’s College commencement.

Allison N. Andrew of Lehighton and Katlyn Parsons of Palmerton both received academic awards during recent commencement ceremonies at King’s College.

Andrew received the William G. McGowan School of Business Achievement Award for Management and graduated with magna cum laude honors with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration in management.

Katlyn A. Parsons was a co-recipient of the S. Idris Ley Memorial Award for the Highest Academic Achievement. She graduated with summa cum laude honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in education.
