Knife-carrying man charged in Schuylkill

Jason Regulski Sr., 34, of Ashland, was charged by state police at the Frackville barracks after they responded to a domestic incident between him and his girlfriend at 3:23 p.m. Dec. 23 at a home on Centre Street in Ashland.

Police said Regulski is charged with assault with a weapon. He was in possession of a knife during the assault of his girlfriend.

Police said another person was able to disarm Regulski, while the victim was able to contact police from the safety of her bedroom.
