Lansford family treated for carbon monoxide fumes

A family of four was overcome by carbon monoxide fumes in Lansford. Two adults and two small children were overcome at 366 West Snyder Ave. at 7:30 a.m. A pet dog was also rescued from the poisonous gas. Lansford firefighters as well as police are on scene.

The victims were treated at the scene by members of the Mahoning Valley ambulance and Lehighton paramedics before being transported to a local trauma center.
