Lansford man threatens police officers

Lansford Police charged a Lansford man who threatened to kill officers when they are off duty, and damaged the inside of a police cruiser.

Michael Mosley, 36, of Lansford, faces charges of fleeing police and resisting arrest for the incident, which occurred in the borough on July 14.

He was initially arrested after driving recklessly and fleeing a traffic stop around 9:40 p.m.

Mosley also faces charges of making terroristic threats, institutional vandalism, persistent disorderly conduct, driving without a required ignition interlock, driving without a license, careless driving, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without insurance and operating a vehicle without an inspection.

He is incarcerated at Carbon County Correctional Facility with bail set at $100,000.
