LCCC offers training in real estate

Lehigh Carbon Community College offers certification and training for businesses or professionals through a variety of noncredit classes this semester.

The following real estate courses are held on Tuesdays, March 5 through June 11, at the Schnecksville campus.

• Real Estate Fundamentals (Part 1) teaches language, principles and laws governing the business of real estate and is held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

• Real Estate Practice (Part 2) Learn basic techniques, procedures, regulations and ethics in real estate transaction, as well as forms and documents used, including related mathematics is held from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

• Prepare for the Real Estate state licensing exam and take both the fundamentals and practice courses with Real Estate Prep — State Exam, held from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
