LCCC partners to offer noncredit baking classes

Through partnerships with Catasauqua Area and Whitehall-Coplay School Districts, Lehigh Carbon Community College will offer a variety of noncredit baking classes to the community on a convenient and flexible schedule. Locations vary; all tuitions include a materials fee, payable upon registration.

• French Tarts: Feb. 20, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $62

• Cupcakes: Feb. 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $50

• Nut Roll: March 5, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $44

• Pate a Choux: March 13, from 6 to 9 p.m. Fee is $62

• Kiffles: March 19, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $49

• Kiffles: April 3, from 7 to 9 p.m. Fee is $49
