LCCC Sociology Club hosts fundraiser

Lehigh Carbon Community College will host a fundraising event with local artist and LCCC instructor Bobbie Hughes on March 27 in the Lisa Scheller Center at the Morgan Center, 234 High St., Tamaqua. Sponsored by LCCC’s Northern Tier Sociology Club, this spring-themed paint and snack event will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Space is limited to the first 20 people and registration requires prepayment. Cost includes a 12-by-16-inch canvas, paint, brushes, instruction and snacks. Attendees will paint the front of a vintage bicycle with a flower basket.
