Bethany E C Church, 222 North St., will hold Sunday Worship with the Rev. Jeff Stansbury, pastor.
Sunday school at 9:30 am with classes for all ages, including adult bible study class.
Fellowship time: 10:15 a.m. with worship service 10:45 a.m.
Preschool nursery available and junior church provided for children in kindergarten through sixth grade.
Tuesday will be the ladies bible study at Blocker’s residence at 10 a.m.
Wednesday there will be a prayer meeting at 7 p.m.
Thursday there will be men’s bible study at McDonald’s at 5:15 a.m.
Friday the Wrapped in Prayer Ministry will take place at 7 p.m.

Trinity Happenings
Sunday worship includes baptism at Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., and begins at 9:30 a.m. The Rev. Nancy Moore presides. Vicar Richard Bergen assists.
The final coffeehouse fellowship for the summer follows.
Included during worship will be a “send off” blessing for the three young people and two adult advisers as they travel to Houston, Texas, to participate in the ELCA Youth Gathering, where 30,000 are expected to attend.
Those with computer access are invited to tune into the daily broadcasts of “mass gatherings” held at NRG Stadium for inspiring speakers and music on the theme “This Changes Everything.”
The evening broadcasts are June 27-June 30 at 8 p.m., and the closing worship is July 1 at 10:30 a.m. The website is elca.org/youthgathering.

“Splash Canyon: God’s promise on Life’s Wild Ride,” is coming up from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 6-10, for children ages 3 through grade six. There is no registration fee. Teen and adult volunteers are welcome to help. Contact the church office.
