Lehighton police report on incidents

Lehighton Police Department reported a total of 50 offenses for the month of January.

They include: 11 for DUI drugs; seven for theft by unlawful taking; five for criminal mischief; four for harassment; three for burglary; two each for DUI alcohol, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possessing of methamphetamine.

Also, one each for arson, disorderly conduct, false ID to law enforcement, flight to avoid apprehension, identity theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of prescription drugs, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, public drunkenness, resisting arrest and trespass.
