Lehighton state police report on incidents
State police at Lehighton reported the following incidents:
• Dustin Fierro, 23, of Palmerton, is facing drug possession charges after he was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine when sheriff’s deputies executed a domestic relations warrant on him at 4:08 p.m. Nov. 13.
Police were summoned after the discovery during the warrant execution at 9170 Interchange Road, Towamensing Township.
The charges are pending the results of an analysis of the suspected methamphetamine.
• Brian Allen Miller, 25, of Walnutport, has been charged by state police with disorderly conduct - risking a hazardous or physically offensive condition.
Police said they charged him after being called to Crossridge Court, Ross Township, at 8:19 p.m. Nov. 12.
Police said Miller attempted to prevent the towing of his vehicle by refusing to get out of it so that it could be towed safely. He was removed from the vehicle by troopers on the scene.
• Police were summoned to investigate an incident of harassment after 18-year-old man from Kunkletown was spit on and choked..
It happened between 9:20-30 p.m. Sept. 2 on Interchange Road Towamensing Township.
Police said the victim was also choked by the assailant. Police did not release the suspect’s name. The investigation is being continued.
