Lehighton State Police report on incidents

State police at Lehighton report the following incidents:

• Police said a 30-year-old Lehighton man is the victim of harassment as a result of an argument at 1:26 a.m. Sept. 25.

Police said they were summoned to Fairyland Road in Franklin Township to investigate the incident and were informed a suspect physically harassed the victim.

Police did not release his name.

• Michelle Rizzi, 36, of Kresgeville, is facing charges of resisting arrest.

Police said the charge relates to them being summoned to an address on Carney Road, Polk Township, at 6:14 p.m. Aug. 28 for a report of a person being uncooperative with a constable.
