Lehighton State Police report mischief incidents
State police at Lehighton reported on the following criminal mischief incidents investigated by troopers.
• On Sept. 12, a resident of Milton Drive, Towamensing Township, Carbon County, reported someone drove a vehicle through his yard creating tire marks and ruts with the estimated damages of $300.
• On Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. troopers responded to a residence along Spring House Drive in Ross Township, Monroe County, for a report of a damaged mailbox. The resident said someone “blew up” his mailbox. The investigation is continuing.
• Also on Sept. 17 troopers went to a residence along AFD Lane, Eldred Township, Monroe County, for a report of another “blown up” mailbox. The resident said the incident occurred at 8:15 p.m.
• On Sept. 10 at 6:38 a.m. troopers responded to a residence along Whitey B Drive, in Polk Township, Monroe County. The resident reported a delivery truck damaged his property. The investigation is continuing.
