Library to offer tax prep assistance

The Panther Valley Public Library will offer assistance to seniors age 60 and older who qualify for the rent/property tax rebate in preparing federal income tax 1040, 1040 A, 1040 EZ forms and the Pennsylvania state tax returns.

This service will be offered at the library 117 E. Bertsch St., Lansford, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 16.

Appointments are required for these services. Donations to support the library will be accepted.
