LIFE CROP Walk Oct. 14 in Weissport

The LIFE CROP Walk 2018 for the Lehighton area will be held at the Lehigh Canal Park in Weissport on Oct. 14. Registration is from 1 to 2 p.m. with the walk starting at 2 p.m.

Walkers need a sponsorship envelope to enlist donations.

The 25 percent of the funds raised will support Trinity Pantry and 75 percent will support Church World Services for its worldwide programs.

Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

The walk along the canal is a beautiful time to enjoy nature and friends.
