A light wintry mix is possible later this morning into this afternoon. Little if any accumulations is expected.

There is the potential for a period of a wintry mix late Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening, mainly for the higher elevations, which could include sleet and freezing rain. This could lead to

hazardous travel conditions due to icy spots on untreated surfaces.

Today: A chance of rain and snow before 4 p.m., then a chance of rain between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., then a slight chance of rain and snow after 5 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 40. Calm wind. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 mph.

Saturday: Rain likely, mainly after 4 p.m. Increasing clouds, with a high near 43. Light and variable wind becoming southeast around 6 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Saturday Night: Rain. Low around 35. Southeast wind 6 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Sunday: Rain likely, mainly before 1 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 59. Southeast wind around 6 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Sunday Night: A slight chance of showers before 1 a.m. Partly cloudy, with a low around 42. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
