Route 443 in the village of Mckeansburg, East Brunswick township is closed after a passing tractor trailer ripped down power lines. The incident occurred just after 3 p.m. The rig tore down the lines causing damage to a nearby residential garage and snapping off and breaking a utility pole carrying the lines and a transformer. The line ran to the north to a pole on the property of Eckroth Brothers farm machinery.
