The Marian girls clinched a district playoff berth with a victory over Tri-Valley on Monday.

Marian-Tri-Valley
Marian outscored Tri-Valley in each quarter to cruise to a 50-30 Schuylkill League victory over Tri-Valley.
The win assured the Fillies (10-8; 7-3) of a district playoff berth based on their league record
Emily Shaud led Marian with a game-high 17 points, while teammate Macy Alansky finished with 10.
Tri-Valley (8-10; 5-5) received a team-high nine points from Autumn Connell.

Blue Mtn.-Tamaqua
A big game from Emma Kuczynski helped Tamaqua roll to a 65-36 Schuylkill League victory over Blue Mountain on Senior Night.
Kuczynski scored a game-high 30 points and also pulled down 11 rebounds for the Blue Raiders (13-4; 7-4), who used a 22-3 second quarter to take control of the game. Emily Titus added 15 points and nine boards, while Jamie Zuber chipped in with 10 points.
The Eagles (12-6; 6-5) were paced by Rachel Lukacz’s 10 points.
In the JV game, Tamaqua received 18 points from Trenyce Wingler to help gain a 46-32 victory.

Julia Kowalski scored a team-high 16 points for the Crimson Tide (4-13; 3-8), who doubled a 12-point halftime lead with a 20-8 third quarter.
For the Panthers (4-14; 0-11), Erika Dubosky poured in a game-high 22 points.

Brianna Moore scored a game-high 16 points for the Blue Bombers (12-7; 9-5), who used a 21-6 second period to grab a 14-point halftime advantage. Bethie Morgan added 13 points, while Reagan Nemeth finished with 11.
The Falcons (0-19; 0-13) were led by Madison Bettucio’s 11 points.

The Bulldogs (9-10) trailed by a point heading into the final period, but outscored the Spartans (4-10) 17-11 in the fourth.
Emma Niebell paced the winners with 15 points, while Madison Seier contributed 14.
