Local Sports Roundup: Results from April 16
Palmerton posted a win in tennis action, while the Pleasant Valley girls lacrosse team rolled to a victory on Monday.

Palmerton received wins from all three singles players to gain a 3-2 Colonial League tennis victory over Wilson at a match played at Northwood Racquet Club.
Nate Andress and Mattis Willuhn both didn’t lose a game in posting straight-set wins.

Savannah Bauman scored six goals and had two interceptions to power Pleasant Valley to a 14-2 Eastern Pennsylvania Conference victory over Northampton.
Juliana Lopez added two tallies and assisted on four goals, while Alyssa Lopez finished with two goals and two assists.
The Bears (3-6) also received goals from Summer Storm, Alyssa Grieco, Meghan Hallenbeck and Meghan Danny. Grieco also had two assists. Keara Dugey chipped in with a pair of interceptions.
PV also captured the JV contest, winning by a 7-5 score.
