A look back: December 6, 1995

Outgoing councilmen were recognized by the Summit Hill Borough Council during its monthly meeting held last night in the borough hall.

Included in the proceedings was recognition of Councilmen Trevor Lawrence and James Bennek, who were attending their last sessions in office. Neither sought re-election in the recently held election.

Mayor Richard P. Caffrey thanked the men for their enthusiasm and hard work.

President Carlo Collevechio welcomed newly elected council members Dan Matika and Theresa Kosalko.

In another personnel matter, the council reappointed Alfred Collevechio to another five-year term on the C-L-SH Sewer Authority.
