Nesquehoning Electronics Inc. has announced the sale of the Nesquehoning Cable TV System to the Panther Valley Television Company Inc.
The announcement was made jointly by Frank Mitchell, Nesquehoning Electronics owner, and Robert J. Tarlton, president of the Panther Valley Cable Company.
Mitchell said there will be no disruption of service during the transfer. He said he is working with the PV company to effectuate an orderly transfer.
Nesquehoning Electronics has been furnishing cable TV service in Nesquehoning since 1951 when it began service with reception of two TV channels. Subscribers presently received five TV channels.
