A look back: Sept. 13, 1962

J. Anthony Christopher, district UNICO governor, installed officers of the Panther Valley UNICO Chapter during a program held last evening at the Edgemont Lodge, Lansford.

Eugene Durigan was installed as president; attorney Albert Leonzi, first vice president; Michael Rego, second vice president; James Nardozzi, secretary; Frank Arieta, treasurer; attorney Joseph Greco, parliamentarian; Jerome Coniglio, wrangler; and the Rev. A.J. Angelini, chaplain.

Dr. John Polumbo, a past president of the chapter, was also appointed by Christopher to serve as an assistant district governor while he, Coniglio and Pat Damico were also installed as board of directors members.
