Loose rocks
Fencing is damaged on Route 248 West near Bowmanstown. The road was down to one lane Monday afternoon after a few rocks fell onto the road. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation maintenance staff cleaned up the rocks with a loader. BOB FORD/TIMES NEWS
