Man accused of stealing Walmart merchandise dies following cardiac arrest
A male, accused of stealing $638 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Mahoning Township, died following a cardiac arrest in the store’s parking lot, police said.
Mahoning Township police were dispatched to the store just before 7 p.m. on July 5 to assist emergency medical personnel.
Walmart loss prevention said the man had stolen items including a generator, vacuum, tool set, and gel pens.
The items were recovered from a vehicle in the parking lot.
