Man admits giving drugs to juvenile
A 33-year-old Palmerton resident admitted this week in Carbon County court to giving a juvenile an illegal substance.
Palmerton police charged Timothy P. Robinson with one count of corruption of a minor, which he pleaded to before President Judge Roger N. Nanovic II.
On or about Nov. 10, 2017, police received information from the juvenile’s mother that Robinson had been giving her son marijuana.
Police later interviewed Robinson and he admitted to the offense.
Nanovic placed him on probation for two years and ordered he get a drug and alcohol evaluation, zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use, pay court costs of about $1,000 and pay $50 per month supervision fee while he is on probation.
