Man charged with stealing electricity from neighbor
Fern Ridge state police have charged a man with stealing electricity from his neighbor.
John Casper, 50, of Albrightsville, is charged with theft of services, criminal trespassing, and criminal mischief.
Police said he ran an extension cord from his next door neighbor’s home to his own residence while the neighbor was away.
The electricity is valued at $420.
