Man facing drug possession charges
Chad Anthony, 33, of Effort, is facing charges of possession of drugs after state police at the Stroudsburg barracks made a traffic stop at Fifth and Chestnut streets in East Stroudsburg at 4:39 p.m. July 13.
Police said the driver of the 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix, Sally Shamp, 56, of East Stroudsburg, was arrested for driving under the influence in the same incident.
