Man facing sexual assault charges
An elderly Monroe County man is facing sexual assault charges.
State police at Stroudsburg identified the suspect as Paul Kramer, 84, of Stroudsburg.
The police report states the female victim reported being sexually assaulted by Kramer on multiple occasions at her residence. The victim related that the abuse went on for several years, The time span listed on the police report was 2003 to 2010. Through the course of the investigation, Kramer was interviewed and provided an admission to the abuse, troopers said.
Kramer was arraigned before District Judge Dan Higgins, of Stroud Township, and remanded to the county prison in Snydersville after failing to post $250,000 cash bail.
