Man with rifle shown on security camera

State police at Frackville are investigating an attempted burglary that happened at 7 a.m. Dec. 20 on Valley Street in New Philadelphia.

Police said a white manwas seen on camera breaking the resident’s security camera and then walking towards the front door of the residence to attempt entry. Police said the subject was wearing a black ski mask and had a black rifle with a black scope.
