Markovich named to dean’s list

Chloe Markovich has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at The Pennsylvania State University in University Park.

She is a junior majoring in biological sciences with a health professions option.

Markovich is a Healthworks Peer Educator at PSU and a team leader for the Student Health Disparities initiative.

She is an HIV counselor for her peers as well as a member of PILLAR which is a special internet organization that raises money for THON.

Markovich also volunteers with special needs students through Lifelink PSU.

She is the daughter of Jeffrey and Michelle Markovich of Summit Hill and the granddaughter of Robert and Carol Graver of Summit Hill and late James and Joanne Markovich of Lansford.

She is a 2017 graduate of Panther Valley High School where she stood as class president.
