Published October 04. 2019 08:29AM

Tyler Pollack, 19, of McAdoo, was charged with fleeing and eluding police, along with nine summary violations in regard to operation of an all-terrain vehicle.

Police were monitoring activity in the area of Sheridan and Adams streets due to several complaints on Aug. 4. Police observed several all-terrain vehicles traveling back-and-forth on the Reading and Northern Railroad property, which is posted against trespass.

The vehicles went silent, and then people walked out of a cemetery and went into a home. A short time later several people came out of the residence and walked back into the cemetery, got on the all-terrain vehicles and started traveling directly toward police.

At the time police turned on their flashlight and yelled for the vehicles to stop.

The lead vehicle was driven by Pollack, who turned and accelerated. Police yelled for him to stop.

Pollack raised the hood of his sweatshirt and sped away.
